Children's Ministries
Our ministry to children and their families
is based on the scripture reference from Psalm
127:3, "children are a gift from God," and the Baptismal Covenant.
Child Care for infants through two's is staffed by loving and experienced paid workers during
Sunday School and both worship services. The Infant-Toddler room is
equipped with a pager system that allows a nursery worker
to contact you if needed.
Children's ministries
at Mouzon serve infants through fifth graders
and their families by offering opportunities
for Christian education, worship, and service.
Highlights include:
 | Sunday school classes for 3s and 4s, early elementary
(K-2nd), and older
elementary (3rd-5th) children. Sundays 10:00 - 10:45am. |

Seasonal Church-Sponsored Events for Children
Christmas Nativity
Pageant - Led by our middle school
youth, the pageant gives all children the
chance to participate in the miracle of the
Christmas story.
Easter Eggstravaganza - Children
are invited to visit Mouzon for an afternoon
filled with Easter-related arts and crafts,
refreshments, and an Easter Egg Hunt. Open to
church members, neighbors, and friends. Vacation Bible School -
During the, Vacation Bible School (VBS) for 3s through 5th graders
takes place at the church from 5:30-7:30pm. Our evening time slot allows
moms, dads and other adults the opportunity to participate. A snack supper
is included. Our last night features a family-night cook-out and
celebration.

| Worship Services
and Children |
| Three- and four-year-olds and older are
encouraged to attend worship with their parents. There are opportunities
in both services for 3s & 4s to leave for Children's Worship in Room 102.
Parents may pick them up after the service. Activity bags are available
for older children as you enter the sanctuary. WE LOVE HAVING CHILDREN IN
WORSHIP! |
